1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NodCircle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform. The materials contained on NodCircle are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the service.
  • You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
  • You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
  • You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity that is not lawfully available for use.

3. Platform Purpose

NodCircle is a referral networking platform designed to connect job seekers with verified employees at companies who are willing to provide referrals. It is important to understand:

  • We are NOT a job board: NodCircle does not post job listings or guarantee employment.
  • We are NOT a recruitment agency: We do not recruit, hire, or make employment decisions.
  • We facilitate connections: Our platform enables professionals to connect for referral purposes only.
  • No employment guarantees: A referral does not guarantee an interview or job offer.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of NodCircle, you agree to the following:

  • No Spam: You will not send unsolicited messages, mass referral requests, or any form of spam to other users.
  • No Fake Referrals: If you are a verified employee, you will not offer fake or misleading referrals.
  • Honest Profiles: All information in your profile must be accurate and truthful.
  • Respectful Communication: You will communicate respectfully with all users and refrain from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.
  • No Monetary Exchange: You will not request or offer payment for referrals.
  • Confidentiality: You will respect the confidentiality of conversations and not share private messages without consent.

5. Company Verification Rules

To maintain the integrity of our platform, employees must verify their employment through company email verification:

  • You must use a valid company email address (e.g., you@company.com) to verify your employment.
  • Verification is required to post referral opportunities or be listed as a verified employee.
  • You may only verify for companies where you are currently employed.
  • Misrepresentation of employment status will result in immediate account termination.
  • We may periodically re-verify your employment status.

6. Content Moderation

NodCircle reserves the right to review, monitor, and moderate all content on the platform. We may, at our sole discretion, remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Fake or misleading referral posts
  • Spam or promotional content
  • Discriminatory or offensive material
  • Content that violates intellectual property rights
  • Any content that violates applicable laws

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to delete your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NodCircle, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform
  • Any content obtained from the platform
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

NodCircle does not guarantee any specific outcomes from using the platform, including but not limited to job interviews, job offers, or employment.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
